Albert Samaniego was excellent to work with! I will drive all the way from Benson to Tucson, for any service. His customer service was awesome! He even made me a fresh pot of coffee when asked if I would like some. I was there for an oil change, and he even took the time to look at my tires because he asked if I had any other concerns. I told him I had metal in my tire, and it was patched, so he made sure it was safe before I drove back to Benson. Thank you for making my visit so pleasant and I will definitely look to buy new tires there too!I love Mitsubishi Motors Service Department's customer service. They are so friendly, very helpful answering my questions, and taking the time to make sure my car is safe to drive. They treat me like family!

I explained my problem and my appointment was offered and the repair was done expertly and efficient so far.I have only had my Mitsubishi for a short time and this was my first time at your Dealership. The service was great so I cannot comment or compare.
