A two-day job took a week, yet I rated responsiveness as 10 because none of the delay was in house. The oil pan was delivered to the wrong dealer. Once you had both car and part, installation went rikki-tik - except. A recent service bulletin required a special bolt that was available slowly from a creaky supply chain; it's 2022 in America! Being retired, I didn't really need the car so I'm happy.
