Service completed was not updated on vehicle's maintenance computer. When asked how to do it, it was done without me being able to see.

Scheduled a basic service (oil change and inspection) appointment week in advance. Came in on time. Ended up waiting over 1.5 hours to get the service done. No other repairs, just an oil change and the cabin filter change. At the end, the service advisor apologized for the wait noting that it was a hectic day, and then said that the next time I should bring in my car in the morning instead of the afternoon.If a customer makes an appointment a week in advance, then it shouldn't make no difference if it's morning or afternoon. That's what the appointment is for....to block the time for the service. It shouldn't be a customer's fault if the service department can't maintain on time schedule. Also...since you're the only service in town that doesn't have Saturday hours, you can't expect all your customers to be available in the morning on a week day or any other day for that matter to wait two hours for an oil change. Please add the Saturday service hours. You are no longer a "new dealer" in town. It's overdue. I've been a customer for 6 years and you had a great and fast service in the past, but lately it seems to be trending downhill.

My new 2022 Mitsubishi outlander broke down the first week I owned. When I took it this location for a repair they told me it will take about a week I asked them for a rental or a loaner car they said they don't provide rental cars then I went back to the dealership where I bought the car from and they told me they talk to the dealership where I dropped of my car to provide me a rental car.They called me the next day and gave me a rental car.After one week the service manager called me and said "someone broke into our facility last night and broke your cars window and they tried to steal the screen and the radio and they made some damages"You mean you stored my brand new car in unsafe place and neglected it and someone broke into your property and damaged my car?They ordered some parts and repaired after 26 days.Because of that my car still has some severe cosmetic damages.
