Dan the Man was an awesome salesman and his knowledge and expertise in Mitsubishi vehicles was exceptional. I will recommend him to all our friends and family. I felt that the charge for making an extra key was excessive. I also had a problem in getting information about the cost and process of getting a key made. The other services were handled well and the charges appropriate.Jim Murray

yes, AT THE TIME OF DROP OFF THERE WE NO DENTS IN MY CAR AS NOTED. i PICKUP MY CAR AND WENT OVER TO THE COLLISON CENTER AT SAME LOCATION TO GET WINDOW TINT DONE. OBSERVE ACTIVITY BY MY CAR, THEN DISCOVERED I HAD A DENT. WHEN I WENT BACK THEY AGREE THEY SAW THE DENT AND WAS JUST GONNA QUOTE IT BUT IT WAS MORE THAN THE KNOCK OUT TEAM COULD FIX. THEY SAID THE ARE GOING TO FIX IT. BUT HAVE RESOLVED ANYTHING YET. I BELIEVE IT OCCURRED AT THE COLLISON CENTER. THE SERVICE TEAM WAS SATISFACTURY. I WOULD APPRECIATE ANY HELP TO EXPEDITE MY REPAIR.
