Purchased my vehicle on 5th of the month as of the 22nd my trade-in still has not been paid and is accuring additional charges. I called and left messages for my financing officer and still have not been contacted regarding the matter. In making calls to the dealership I have been hung up on, placed on hold for long wait times. Then returned to an operator who is unable to assist me. Absolutely, frustrated with this dealership and completing my transaction since I will now have 2 vehicle payments to deal with as a single parent. This dealership has truly disappointed me with its service.

I would have given the dealership a better rating but the vehicle has a nasty scratch on the hood. It wasn't even cleaned up when I got it I had to peel the stickers off myself. They told me that they had me financed with a credit union that it was a done deal only to find out that it wasn't and the price was even higher than what was quoted but I was in a such a bad position that I needed a car after the service department charged me $804 only to have the same problem on the vehicle that I had traded in. Now I got a payment that's a lot higher I feel like I had to buy the vehicle under duress I like my purchase overall but I think they could have done me better in price they instead buried me in a new note and I just don't think that's very ethical practices

My sales person Norma was excellent she was patient throughout the process with me and updated me okay vehicles every step of the way . This wasn’t a one day thing and she was upfront and honest the entire time. No hassle, present and overall fun to work with

When I got there at 7:50 am for the appt at 8am there was no one at the shop. I would have thought if they want us there the maybe they should have someone there to greet us and get us sighed in. I was also told that my car needed an oil change and with the 20 point check it would also be free. when I walked back in and was told there would be a charge for the oil change I was a little, (a LOT) mad. What could I do? The change had already been done. I am now wondering if your Male employees treat guests like that. So NO I won't be sending anyone your way.
