Mark went above and beyond explaining what was wrong with my car and the service/part needed. He also wrote an estimate on services that was done to my car that did not need at a different facility (not mitsubishi) and help me get a reimbursement. Excellent car service, excellent customer service.

Dan Rodarte was great to work with! Super knowledgeable, friendly and easy to get along with. The entire process, start to finish, was was smooth and easy.

I asked that my tires be checked as they seemed low. After driving off, I noted that the tires still felt low. I stopped by the Discount Tires near my home, and they added 6 pounds per tire.

Mark the service manager was more than helpful with getting everything worked out on my vehicle. More helpful than other service members had been in the past, but this was a more pleasant experience than I’ve had at multiple auto shops in the past month with my other vehicles.
