I told the service advisor about a problem and was told he would take care of it, no response later about the issue, NOTHING, NO WRITE-UP, NOTHING,looks like they are good for oil changes and recalls, and that's all.

They were suppose to check fluids levels and didn't, usually at other dealers I have taken my car to always wash the car. They did not. Little things make a huge difference.

They were unable to correct the recall on the emergency brake as they needed to order the parts. They said they would call me when the parts arrived. I have not heard from them and it has been about a month since they said this.
