The sales team is fine but the service department is rude, unhelpful, incompetent, and dishonest. .

Very friendly and attentive service

My service advisor, Landyn was great, start to finish. He was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I came in for an oil change and to have a headlight looked at that has not been working. An attempt was made to fix my headlight but the problem with it was not what the mechanic originally thought. Unfortunately, I did not have the time to wait to further investigate the problem. Landyn let me know the possibilities of what the problem might be and worked with me on pricing since the problem was not fixed. I felt very appreciated as a customer and felt my car was in good hands. I will be returning to get the light fixed at a later time.

Please have bottled water avail in wait area.

Oil change was done drove toPhx for surgery after spending night on hotel we went outside and there was a puddle of oil under the car. Employee needsTo be properly trained to efficiently do the job. Extremely upset for putting my family in danger. What if it would been tire rotation amd he wouldn’t tighten correctly and the tire comes off and we had an accident? This is not acceptable. Manager said he would call back monday amd today is Wednesday and have not heard from him. No one cares it’s just business for them.

Troy was extremely courteous and friendly. Helped rebuild my trust in automotive repair.

I drove 65+ miles to get to you ( Florence ), as the Dealership that opened up in Casa Grande, seems to me to be a joke.. I only service my vehicles at Dealerships... I do have more to say - Would you like to call me.. ??? 480-678-8828
