I am ok with the service i receivedThe onky thing i dont is not ok with you is that everywhere if you take a car fir service they wash the carAnd if ciurse i ask for and he tld me they dont do itIs all i can say

The PARTS department told me they would call me when the ordered key came in. I wait several weeks and then I called the parts department. They told me the key was already there. Again poor service from Quebedeaux.Also the key cost $345 and then the key programming cost $70 for a total of $415. That is outrageous.The parts and service representatives were polite and helpful.Never the less I am very displeased with my overall experience: long wait for service because the service tech was allowed to go on break just before my scheduled appointment, I was not called when key arrived though I was told that parts department would do so, and the very high price of the total cost for the key. No. I will not recommend Quebedeaux.

We discovered that there were scratches on the hood of the car before we took delivery. One of the sales guys who wasn't even associated with the sale grabs a bottle of "Scratch Away" and tries to get rid of the scratches. I would expect this from a fly by night used car dealer. The Dealer is going to repair the vehicle but I have reservations about taking it back to them for fear of it not being done right.Our sales associate Erica was very nice and did a great job.
