The mechanic who services our Outlander does a great job.

The car was smiling gas also the service was very bad . They didn’t have any car to take me home after drop off the car for maintenance. The fianancw guy was punching me too much to sign the papers

Service tech was helpful by assuring there were no warranty recalls and informing me of needed ‘mileage’ services. He also noted a ‘coupon’ available to reduce the costs on the day of service.

In 2917 I was extremely satisfied. Today in 2021. I will not be going back. However I do expect to receive a manual for my 2020 vehicle. That no one ever knows a damn thing about.

Quebedeaux service seems very disorganized and lacks consistency.

The entire staff at mitsubishi is top notch. Miguel was amazing and very understanding in dealing with my situation. you need more people like miguel. the only knock is the non disclosure of the rental vehicle service provided by Enterprise (the 50.00 charge was kind of hard not knowing before i got there) you need to post this somewhere in your loaction so everyone knows this beforehand. all in all your staff was beyond great but the staff at Enterprise need some customer service skills work.
