Seating area is too small and it's in the middle of the high traffic area by the stairs where someone is coming up and down and stairs all the time. It feels out of place and in the way.Fast service, friendly staff, and easy scheduling.

Lonely no sales staff no manager , should have a salesman working the service department you have a captive audienceOver all not happy with the Tucson dealer and can’t keep a sales staff on the Mitsubishi side of, no manager , had to buy a second set of keys Should come with two sets , great color diamond red next time leave your wife at home , as the saying goes chrome won’t get ya home , 🏠 nice wrapper but don’t open the boxI do not own this vehicleProduct knowledge coordinate with the on line sales staff of vehicles and availability , Knowledge of the product is the number one sales advantage, After 32+ years and owner of three independent car lots , I’m now retired, But I’ve trained many managers that have stayed with me for many years , we didn’t flip customers to the managers , And leave customers waiting and waiting, ,Not availableOnly had the hood replaced. And continue passenger door handle coming loose The tie breaker was driving to Santa Barbara California at 4 am and with no one around the passengers window breaks .?…. Called safe lite glass , and golly they had them in stock ?? Same passengers door with the loose door handle, what are the odds the Tucson dealer worked on the door a few times and to fix the door handle you have to actually replace the plastic fitting and either use a rubber mallet. To secure the panel , or hit it ,

There are many reasons this is a 2 star place. I will never own a Mitsubishi again. Every time I got my oil changed here, they never cleaned up after because I would get home right after to find an oil stain on my driveway, and this happened multiple times. They did, however, do a good job on my brake change just recently, so that's a positive point. I was not happy with the way I was greeted recently, either. They did not have it in their system that I had an appointment, which made me rethink things as well, about not hiring the brightest employees to work there. I will not come back here unless I have to before I sell this car. This is not a choice I would make again for a future car.I was not happy with the way I was greeted recently, either.
