I was very pleased with my car buying experience because it was a full staff car buying experience. All the employees came by or introduced themselves. I was also pleased with finance, whom I informed I had received offers from Capital One, so they checked Quebadau's financing, then did a full scan and advised me to take Capitol One, so I don't have to worry about any finance shuffling going on. I have previously purchased cars that changed finance companies, had to go back to the dealership, gotten letters a month later, especially Kia. I am very grateful 🤗

No car wash like other dealers. The tire light was on and told to check. Two days later I took the tire to get checked to a tire shop and had a screw inserted.

The part for my car has not come. I am not receiving any updates on the part. I had to call for update to find out they can’t locate part. Meanwhile I still have the problem of that I’ve had over 6 months. That was the 2nd time I took the car in with that issue. I’m not satisfied with quality of car, or follow through from the dealership.
