It was the fastest we've ever been in and out for work done.

I made an appointment and when I showed up at that time, I was told I did not have an appointment and that I would have to leave my car for at least 3 hours. When I made the appointment I was told it would take an hour. I could not leave my car and I work far from the dealership. I rescheduled for the following week. When I came back it was fine, the representatives were fine, but nothing out of the ordinary.

I think I should have shopped around more, my son said. I should have made a offer of a lower price for the car. I was just caught up in the momunt.

This was a major warranty repair: replacing the 16kWh traction battery in a Mitsubishi i-MiEV. One issue not addressed in any of the survey's questions was Mitsubishi's interactions with Quebedeaux. Astute technicians and staff at Quebedeaux identified that the battery sent to them was a used unit and made provisions for return, so that I could get a new battery. I'm very pleased that Mitsubishi honored their warranty agreement, but also concerned that someone there was lax enough to make a grievous mistake that the dealership caught. Finally, I was saddened to hear recently that the i-MiEV is no longer in production for sales outside of the US. The North American version, of course, became unavailable for new purchase in the US in 2017. Mitsubishi had a very nice little electric car that was very much ahead of its time. Better marketing could have made it a success.

We did not directly deal with the Service Dept much after the drop-off because we ended up purchasing a new Outlander while we were there. Ervin Wilson, Jose Cortez, and Leslie St. Martin were all fantastic!

The service was great, my vehicle was finished quickly. However, when I went into the service office neither of the techs were wearing masks inside. I saw several people go into the office without masks. The tech did wear a mask when he came outside to pick up/drop off my vehicle, but no masks indoors was unacceptable. There were no safety precautions as far as wiping off my keys before returning them to me, or policy posted or stated about any precautions taken while performing work on my vehicle. I have taken my other vehicle to Jim Click Kia several times since Covid started, and they strictly enforce their mask policy, wipe my keys, door handles, and touch points when I go to pick up my vehicle. I felt like the Covid safety measures at the dealership were lacking.
