I was asked many many many many times to rate them a 10 in the survey. I don't think that is good customer service to hound customers to rate them a 10.

The service advisors or garage attendants should not depend on the customer to ask if they would please wear a mask when discussing issues with the vehicle, inspecting vehicle during drop off and when riding in vehicle with customer.Upon picking up my vehicle from the service department and after paying, I entered my vehicle and sound a foul smell that was like oil, rubber and body odor. There was also black marks on the felt ceiling which is light gray. It has been over a week and the foul smell is still there after running the A/C, keeping the windows down to air out the cabin, using febreze and cleaning the dash and all soft surfaces of the vehicle.This is extremely disappointing service from a dealership and something I have maybe come to expect from other service and maintenance companies, but not a Mitsubishi service department. I always get my car serviced from a dealership from when I lived in California (Puente Hills Mitsubishi) to now at Quebedeaux Mitsubishi. Very unsanitary, unsettling and unprofessional.
