I have no has a consistent advisor since Miguel.A person was being trained on the computer system and the “trainer” was rude, impatient and was not the customer service I expected. I train professionals for a living and what I experienced as a customer was a disappointment.Create an environment to keep your employees. I hate not have consistency. If you continue to hire people make sure your employees training continue customer service in from of customers. That new advisor did not deserve the attitude I witnessed.

Dealership called me once. A gentleman by the name Mark left me a message to contact him. I called the number that he provided 3 times and left a message. I have not heard or received a call back from Mark.
