This would be my third time signing my lease. Lived here a few years and never had too many issues.

More condensed phone numbers, multiple number leading to the same location made it very confusing which one was the right number.

I am most likely going to want to renew if everything in the lease stays the same but would to at 6 months at a time

I've been here a long time and seen management come and go ,your team does a good job but the lack of a resident caretaker is less than ideal ,just having that factor seems to lead to loud parties and disregard for the property. Overall its a good place to live,just seems to be slipping a bit probably just a reflection of the times. Thanks to some of your management team things get handled as they come up. Thanks for the opportunity to voice my concerns.

My reason for staying has much to do with the close vicinity of my family. I do wish the property was kept up better. The halls and exterior windows are often dirty. They have on occasion been swept but not deep cleaned. The concrete and driveways are in need of repair.
