Maintenence personnel are amazing, very kind. Takes time to explain the issue and how long it will take to fix. Apartment building is truly peaceful, just a few stray cats around which is typical.

Timbercrest Apartments is a beautiful property tucked in a quit corner of Loveland, just a few blocks from Shopping, downtown Liveland, & the Little Miami River. The rooms are spacious, and we'll maintained. The woods surrounding the 3 building give off a quiet solitude that makes it feel quite remote. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to live to check it out. Our Guide, Payton was very helpful, and was able to answer all of our questions.
