Fairly quiet except for the new renters,but overall the people that have been here for years (and there's a lot)are considerate and respect each other's space.You need to screen better.

The cost I am on a fixed income of social security and only get enough to pay rent and have gas and electric I still have to pay and get some food so it is all about the cost for me love this place if I can afford it I will stay

Leasing agent was kind and helpful. The apartment was mostly clean. Bathrooms were not and the smell of smoke was horrible!
