Amazing maintenance staff, quiet and clean, understanding rental staff when rent is going to be a little late, extremely friendly company! 10/10 recommend.

Communicate what the status of the service request is before it is canceled. Did not get phone calls or texts like I asked and nothing was done

I love my little apartment. It's not in a great area, a lot of homeless and druggies on the streets and neighboring buildings - but the fact that we have a courtyard with a gate makes it feel more safe and protected. This is one of the only affordable options in Cincinnati that is also well kept and attended to. Any time ive needed maintenance or the office, they've been very friendly and helpful. Most of my neighbors (inside the courtyard apartments) have been here for a very long time - they keep an eye out for one another, and have grown close to me and my kiddo, which is so hard to find these days. As a struggling mom, this was a diamond in the rough, being tucked in the back has been my sanctuary and id definitely renew now if I had to (but my lease isnt up for another almost 4 months so dont rush me please LOL)

Cost of rent on fix income social security so have a hard time paying more then I make
