There are specific people that are very nosey and in every one’s business here that I do not like. Ever time a the front door is open they are staring out. I also don’t mind the cats outside but it’s to the point there are so many and she feeds them right next to everyone’s car I have scratches and paw prints all over my car witch I don’t like.

Like myUnit and location. And all staff members are always available to listen to my concerns. And if there is an issue it is usually taken care of as soon as possible.

The rent hasn't changed and seems very flexible to my lifestyle. The place is usually quiet, and you can keep to yourself relatively well.

I would not renew solely for the unit we are in, unfortunate complications with the kitchen plumbing are of no fault of Queen City property management, it’s the structure of the very old building. The staff have treated us very well during all of this and we’re grateful to them for being reasonable in releasing us.

Two bedroom was listed as one price on a social media platform. This price did not include the add on like water sewage, trash, and cable TV. I believe that information like this should either be placed in the add or the price should reflect the add ons of the services listed. I did not feel there was transparancy in the advertisment.
