STEVE and the person that served my car was FAST my appointment was not til 1pm that day I came 4hrs early to beat traffic. I know ew I was going to be there till my scheduled time but I was ok with that. By the time I got settled Steve was like here your done OMG. I WAS OUT of there before lunch time traffic im very pleased thanks alot.Fast and friendly thanks for the new ride

I didn't have the time for explaination, because I had to work. Mr. Charles, was very professional and his hospitality skills were emaciate. He understood...but the way the car sounds when I start the car sounds funny for it to be a new car.I was in need of a car and Mr. Charles and this team on South Blvd in Charlotte NC made that happen for me. Everyone did what they were positioned to do and I am grateful. Mr. Charles is a great salesman and you can tell he loves his career.Since I've come in, I've received mail from numerous credit card companies, other car sales companies, scamming phone calls about my home being in foreclosure, and a great deal of junk mail. For that reason, I do not use my address. I always use my post office boxI did not use the website, I came in via word of mouth by radio commercial.
