All of the staff at Queen City went that extra step to make my time there enjoyable. One of the men even came to the waiting area to offer us liquid refreshment. It was a good experience.

Took me an hour and a half to get to this dealership at my age. I mistakenly arrived a day earlier than my actual appointment. The service manager offered to get me in and he did. Thanks SteveVery courteous and efficient service
