I messed up days and arrived for my appointment on Thursday instead of Friday. Steven told me not to worry and worked my repairs of front and rear Blake’s and oil change into mechanic schedule. I am so grateful that I didn’t have to come another day.

I really wish the following for your location-wash vehicle after service-loaners for service that take over 24 hours-Saturday hours until noon

It's always a great experience to get my vehicle serviced. The facility is clean and the team is friendly. I love the Mitsubishi brand and with excellent service I'm definitely a loyal customer!Very professional and thorough.

Keep up the good work. Even the sales people are nice as you sit and wait. Service already ask do you need anything before they seat you but sales is following up. I love this locationThey are always quick and friendly in there. They don't try to drive the bill up but tell you what is necessary at that moment.

This survey is only so Andy gets a good review which he should!I am not happy that I have had a car for 3 years with no screen in working condition. I called the sales rep numerous times and he told me it was my phone cord, then service quoted me $2500 to replace years ago. The only reason I deal with Mitsubishi period is because of Phillip Burrage. He would have righted this from the beginning. He would have never let a customer of many years and many family members who bought MM vehicles. literally 5 in my moms driveway at one point not too long ago. Rest in Peace Phillip, I know you wouldn't approve, But I will not be buying another Outlander :(this 10 is only for Andy,I am not happy that I have had a car for 3 years with no screen in working condition
