great service

I felt that the scheduling once taking to service went fine. I asked to have my name and contact information updated and was told that it was all updated. However, I never got any reminders and emails keep coming with the wrong name. So, when I attempted to change it again during the service appt., they said that it was definitely updated. I think that the contact information is. However, I see that I continue to get emails in the wrong name.
