I felt that the scheduling once taking to service went fine. I asked to have my name and contact information updated and was told that it was all updated. However, I never got any reminders and emails keep coming with the wrong name. So, when I attempted to change it again during the service appt., they said that it was definitely updated. I think that the contact information is. However, I see that I continue to get emails in the wrong name. So, its been two attempts and hate that I may be missing info because the contact is still not set up properly.I felt that the scheduling once taking to service went fine. Just keep being friendly!!!Polly and the whole team don’t let me forget to mention Anwar were amazing. They were patient and explained everything to me and my mother. This was her first thing she has ever purchased like this and she is Turing 70 years old this year!!! I will definitely come again to buy another car in the future.
