Old a little beat up could use some updating BUT that said about standard with other car dealershipsgreat customer service everyone very helpful and friendly. Many people asked if I needed anything. quick service. No complaints

I felt that the scheduling once taking to service went fine. I asked to have my name and contact information updated and was told that it was all updated. However, I never got any reminders and emails keep coming with the wrong name. So, when I attempted to change it again during the service appt., they said that it was definitely updated. I think that the contact information is. However, I see that I continue to get emails in the wrong name. So, its been two attempts and hate that I may be missing info because the contact is still not set up properly.I felt that the scheduling once taking to service went fine. I asked to have my name and contact information updated and was told that it was all updated. However, I never got any reminders about the appointment and emails keep coming even now with the wrong name. So, when I attempted to change it again during the service appt., they said that it was definitely updated. I think that some of the information is updated. However, I see that I continue to get emails in the wrong person's name. So, its been two attempts and I hate that I may be missing info because the contact is still not set up properly.
