Driver of shuttle is a terrible driver.

Now that I have a car that seems to have unexplained/continued issues I am soured on this dealership as a whole.Please see previous information on this survey.My car smelled bad, the seat specifically. I keep my car very clean and do not appreciate it when comes back to me smelling bad.

Very pleased with the service department

Overall I have had a great experience. I was a little disappointed I wasn’t offered to have my car washed while I was there for service. Also. They did rotate my tires. But didn’t bother to check the tire pressure. At my previous dealership they always just took care of those things. So I guess I just didn’t realize I should ask.

I used your space for my car and alerted the desk that when my car was ready to please park it in that spot. He said not to worry. When the car was ready and I was done I opened the door to leave and couldn’t even see my car, so I went back in and asked, he said to push the button on my key ring and the horn would toot. Probably just an innocent mistake but believe me I was in pain every step I took to get to my car.
