The service techs are always good with answering my questions and Chet is always helpful and answers my questions and they are all friendly at Quirk.I brought my car from Quirk and they have always been there to answer any questions I have about my car and always willing to checkout any issues I have.

No big deal at all. I typically walk to Denny’s whilst I’m waiting for the service to be completed. I either have to walk around on the road (with high volume traffic) or traverse a berm that has tall grass in order to get to the restaurant. A minimally landscaped path would be a nice touch or even just cutting down the overgrowth on that ridge. Again, this is no big deal and will not deter me from using your services in the future.The service advisors are routinely and uniquely pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable. This is really appreciated.Excellent customer service and on-time return to service, as promised.

Everything went well. My daughter misses the popcorn machine, but she rarely joins us for services. I’m sure it was wasted most of the time.We love our vehicle and have always been treated nicely.

I did not express a concern while at the dealership. While my concerns are real, the concerns are not significant & I'm not sure that in hindsight they can be resolved. They are offered as thoughts for future service experiences.

Nothing exciting about the waiting areaService wasn't too long but I was not told how long they estimated it would take, only that they would get me when my car was readyTold me he would find me when my vehicle was ready, and he did. No updates during the time my car was being serviced, but also probably not necessary.For oil change service, the techs left my default display on the oil life reset screen ... I like the display to show my mpg.I asked for a date & time and got what I wanted. But I had called previously for state inspection only and was given a date over 2 weeks out. At that time, I didn't make an appt. Was told I could "walk-in" at Quirk Chevy.Asked me if I would be waiting ... which is had planned to do.My visit was pretty much what I expected ... except that I would have liked a copy of the tech's state inspection worksheet. I got no feedback from the service writer ... only that my cad was ready.
