Dr appts were two months out because Rivas only works a couple of days a week.

My first dentist appointment in over 15 years. Needed to address several different issues. Excellent staff. Very helpful. Great experience.

My whole experience could not have better!!!The only thing I question is the new patient consultation oral evaluation charge for $133.00. I had X-rays from my previous dentist and there was no “evaluation” quite frankly!Just the basic 6 month check-up/cleaning.

The doctor was 40 minutes late to my appointment so it didn’t start well. Although ER happens 49 minutes is excessive. If I was 40 minutes late you wouldn’t see me.

I had a bad experience. To begin with, I was only able to secure an appointment for a root canal after waiting nearly two months. Then, on the day of my appointment, something went wrong with the person assigned to my initial examination; she didn't know how to operate either the X-ray equipment or the computer system. Furthermore, the doctor in charge of performing the root canal did not have clear X-rays on file—the ones that were supposed to have been sent over by the other doctor who referred me from Family Dental. She asked me numerous questions about my clinical condition, even though I had already filled out all that information online. I was thoroughly annoyed because, in the end, they didn't do anything to my tooth and simply rescheduled me for another appointment—even though I needed to be finished with treatment by next month, as I am traveling out of the country.
