I have nothing to complain about. Everything was wonderful

One hour wait on 2025 scheduled appointment before I left. In 2026 I was told the wait for a scheduled appointment would be at least one hour. I did not wait the hour before I left. Rescheduled appointment is in May 2026. If the wait is one hour. I will consider a different vendor. I don't want your explanation about why you have such a terrible wait time.

Have been with Gina for a number of years. She has always done a very good job. I will miss her when she retires.

I had been having difficulty getting fitting check of Invisiline returner per phone. When I came in for my teeth cleaning staff communicated quickly & got me in for the check with ortho. Seems communications made from outside need to be more efficiently handled.

Dr. Rivas is the best.

I had an emergency tooth issue and the staff was great at addressing andMaking a plan and taking care of me.

Hygienist was extremely rough and aggressive cleaning my teeth. I've been coming here every 6 months for many years and I have never had pain when getting my teeth cleaned. It was like being in a torture chamber! I will never let her touch my teeth again! I was bleeding and my mouth hurt for the rest of the day. I fear she permanently damaged my gums.

From reception, check in, X-ray tech, dental hygienist, and Dr Nowman all make this nervous patient at ease every-time!
