My appointment was at 10 and I did not get called back until 1030. I had another appointment after so this was a little bit of an issue for me. My hygienist was very apologetic and did all she could do to get me out on time.

My family has been going to Racine Dental for years, and have had nothing but the most wonderful experiences. They are efficient professionals from the front desk back into the dental chair. Dr. Emery listens and explains any questions or concerns. She is gentle during all procedures and the outcome is always a positive experience. Our Hygienist Payton is fabulous. They have state of the art technology for cleaning your teeth making it almost feel like a Spa treatment. Love them!

Janet i had my 6-month check up with Janet and she was very good. Janet took the time to explain everything throughly,which i really appreciated. I took her advice from my ladt checkup and she noticed the difference. Janet friendly approach put me at ease Dr. Nowman has great chair side manners and was knowledgeable.

My hygienist no longer works with my dentist and instead of contacting me and telling me this, they just scheduled me with another hygienist. I never knew this until the hygienist called me to come back for my cleaning. A phone call about this would have been the least the clinic could do in a situation like this.
