I was told there was a 15 minute grace period because I had arrived at 3:14 because of unforeseen circumstances… They had already taken someone back within the grace period but then blamed me for being outside of the grace period. Then it was very difficult to reschedule, they had cited computer problems, but by the time I actually was able to reschedule with them. It would’ve been longer than an actual dentist appointment itself.

Came in with a problem and Dr. Miller and his staff treated me respectfully and got me directed in to the Dr that can fix the problem.

The dr was very nice and explain everything to me

They wouldn't let me leave the office without paying. I explained that I wanted to see my EOB from my insurance company prior to paying. I couldn't do that. I would like to get the bill in the mail and then pay based on seeing what my insurance covers. I think it is terrible that you force people to pay and I don't even know if it is the correct amount. I couldn't leave the office without paying. I am wondering if they would have called security. I will be switching dentists.

Very professional and efficient staff.

There was a wait, which is understandable given the amount of patients that were in line. My main concern was while my teeth were being routinely cleaned, I heard a small crack while my incisors were being flossed. The sounds was not acknowledged by the hygienist. A few moments later I feel a bit of something hard in my mouth and ask the hygienist if it was a piece of my retainer or not. It seemed like she had tried to be dismissive about the situation.I am not sure if my teeth are shifting.

The last 3 or 4 times I’ve been in I’ve had to wait at least 15 minutes past my scheduled time.
