I am anxious going to dentist, expressed this. It had been several years since I had a prophy, I knew I had a large amount of calculus. I also warned hygienist that I have a tiny mouth.The appointment itself was stressful because of the above factors.Although the hygienist was not rude or unprofessional, she did not have a warm, friendly chairside personality. It was robotic and I left feeling uncomfortable. I will be calling to have a different hygienist for 6mo appt.

We love Racine Dental! We love Dr. Jenny and her whole team!!! We also love Dr. Travis! My only comment would be for Dr. Travis' 2 hygienists, children's feelings are valid to have went visiting the facility. Saying things like "you're being dramatic" even in a sweet voice is unacceptable.

Waited 35 minutes for my appointment, zero communication Overcharged my insurance for my visit

When I put my tongue over my front teeth, my jaw moves. I don’t feel like my visit yesterday was productive or that my issue was understood- probably by my not explaining as well as I could have. Dr kept mentioning how the teeth hit which didn’t really have anything to do with it?

My hygienist wore gloves during my cleaning. She checked my teeth and gums but every 4-5 teeth, she stopped and used the computer- mouse and keyboard to record the results. My question is, is the computer cleaned in between patients? This technique really grossed me out. Thanks in advance for your response.

Erin is such a spectacular hygienist and Dr. Miller is top notch!

I submitted feedback via website. Typically have no issue with the hygienist and dentist. Every year I have a poor experience with Rebecca.website. also have an issue with the hygienist my husband had doing work that insurance didnt cover and he was not told. Betty was excellent with taking the time to answer my questions and offer her knowledge about my concerns. It was very much appreciated!
