I don't know what you did with your phone system but it is awful! I don't want a generic person trying to schedule a appointment with my dentist, I would like to talk to my dentist receptionist, Plus, I am put on hold for 15, 20 minutes only to be told to leave a message. You guys better figure this out, word is spreading fast through out Racine that you guys suck.

Dan and Dawn, first time experience with Racine Dental. Brittany Luch and Dr. Kempher were Absolutely Awesome! The entire staff for that matter were kind, caring and professional! Know that you are Appreciated! The entire experience exceeded our expectations!

this is the 3rd time that I have had the unpleasant experience dealing with billing at Racine Dental. I was told on the DAY OF my appointment that I owed over $1,200, which was due on that same day! I did not receive a call (again) indicating such a large sum of money was due. I find these "surprises" unsettling and just not a good customer service experience. I am very unhappy with the overall billing practices I've experienced.,

Wait time between cleaning and dentist check in is excessive and always is. Dr J is great but always seems rushed and seems very understaffed with dentists.

My most recent visit was with Dr. Empson on orthodontics at the recommendation of Dr Kemper. The visit with Dr Empson and his staff went well, my concerns are with Dr Kemper's office. I called and left a message 2/19/26 with no response and called again 2/24 and spoke with someone who said they would have Dr Kemper reach out that Friday and I never got a call. I'd like to discuss with him or someone from his office in detail the results of my orthodontic consultation and concerns I have.

I was told there was a 15 minute grace period because I had arrived at 3:14 because of unforeseen circumstances… They had already taken someone back within the grace period but then blamed me for being outside of the grace period. Then it was very difficult to reschedule, they had cited computer problems, but by the time I actually was able to reschedule with them. It would’ve been longer than an actual dentist appointment itself.

Came in with a problem and Dr. Miller and his staff treated me respectfully and got me directed in to the Dr that can fix the problem.
