My visit was very easy to schedule, my wait time was'nt very long, the staff was very friendly, and the dentist really showed kindness and care.

More detail/explanation is needed in regard to the coverages, costs, and copays involved with this coverage.Not necessarily a quote each time, but something like an invoice which actually shows more detail.

I had Rachel as my Dental Hygienist (Dr Elcano) and she was absolutely wonderful! I appreciate her patience, kindness and understanding having to bring my 3 year old with. The receptionist is also wonderful & always very kind. Thank you Rachel & Dr. Elcanos office!

Dr. Miller’s hygienist was great as always!Just wanting to bring to your attention, that the two women, when you first walk in, never looked up, greeted me, or paused in their conversation with each other to acknowledged a patient had just walked through the front entrance. Other patients walked in behind me… same thing… NO ACKNOWLEDGMENT… not even a “hello”Racine Dental was NEVER like that in the past!!Especially if Sue, Julie, or Cathy were up front.

Dr Kunst and Dr Desai were both amazing they worked together to create a plan for me that was helpful and reasonable. I have has some horrible experiences in the past with providers being money driven. Both doctors are AMAZING!!! They both get five stars. I am not comfortable putting this on Google so I wanted to send it in a message. You can post this information, but I want to remain an anonymous.

I would like to see dr. Miller about a concern regarding my new crown

There was a lot of confusion with the change of oral surgeons and scheduling a wisdom tooth extraction. For future reference, I wonder if it would be helpful to directly communicate with patients BEFORE the consultation with the "wrong" doctor about the change in surgeons. I was unaware of the predicted scheduling wait and consulting with a doctor who had a differing opinion than the one who actually completed my surgery.

It was a pleasant experience.
