Mould in the apartment when moved in in the kitchen- nothing done in a year. , broken pipes, flooded because of broken pipes, shower and pipes broken for 4 months and water leaked in the walls, no remedy no fixing, Mould everywhere in the walls.

I’ve enjoyed living at Radius on Grove for the past several years. I enjoy the property and my apartment, and I feel that the rent is fairly priced for the location and apartment units. I really appreciate that the leasing office has been open to matching current posted rates when lease renewals are up, it makes continuing to live at this community very attractive to me. We did have an incident with squirrels in our apartment last year that I was really hoping would’ve been addressed quicker. I understand that there were some limitations on the staffs ability to remove the rodents, but I did feel that my roommate and I really had to push for the situation to be resolved and I would’ve appreciated more apparent willingness to help from some of the staff members. Apart from that incident I have no significant complaints. The maintenance staff are efficient, and the leasing office staff are pleasant and welcoming. I frequently recommend living here when discussing places to live in Austin.

I can’t say it enough about this community, I absolutely love it here. Just renewed my lease for a third time and couldn’t be happier. The management team, beautiful property, amenities, maintenance staff and location have been superb from day one. I’m staying.😊

Treadmills haven’t been working in the gym.
