I had specifically told that the pest control is needed inside the water heater closet. I do not have the key to the this. The person that came also did not have the key to this and left. I told him to get the key and come back and he never did.

I think i got denied but I know I can afford to pay the rent there cause that's what I pay now but radius is much nicer and quiet I wish they old consider me living there and give me a chance to show I am capable of paying the rent

Maintenance requests have been closed out with no maintenance being done. Constant issues with the valet trash service. The gates are always open and there is no protected parking. The community is not a great community. Loud music going later at night.

Rogelio was very helpful with replacing my dishwasher after the old one leaked. He does things very well! This could not come in more contrast though to all other experiences I have had with issues at this complex. The leasing office diminishes and acts like things are fixed when they are not. Specifically speaking to when my unit flooded 6 months ago, causing water damage across my home, to which Rogelio stated at least 5 times that the flooring would need to be replaced. Christin in the leasing office stopped any repair from moving forward and now months later, my floor is still mushy, warped, and creaking/crackling when walked across. There was damage to my belongings and the complex stated they would clean the units carpets, as well as my rugs, which was never done. Through all of this, Christin has maintained that everything has been fixed and is fine though that has not been the lived and documented experience. More recently, the complex has a pedestrian gate that is unable to close and has been left open for months, though I have made numerous request for repair, to which each is either ignored or claimed that there is no need for repair. This has resulted in a homeless encampment growing within the property’s fenced in area, leading to numerous incidents of theft, break ins, and most recently a mugging of a young girl.

I reported a leaking window seal and not properly working shower nearly 3 weeks ago. Maintenance hadnt even heard of the window issue supposedly and it stormed last night and leaked again and could easily cause property damage and mold. They came to fix the shower and “couldn’t” and it’s been over a week and have yet to fix it. I have one bathroom and should be able to bathe in my home without issue.

The manager does not seem to care. Every request is met with attitude.

Excellent maintenance repairing a strip on the wood floor it looks brand new! Also, completed in timely manner which is always appreciated.

The issue was marked as work completed online without being attended to.

Mould in the apartment when moved in in the kitchen- nothing done in a year. , broken pipes, flooded because of broken pipes, shower and pipes broken for 4 months and water leaked in the walls, no remedy no fixing, Mould everywhere in the walls.
