It’s not that I’m not satisfied. I just wish that that you walk over resolve the issue the first go round without having to keep coming back.According to the Service Dept, they need to talk with the tech at Mitsubishi in order to discover with the problem is with my cruise control. It would appear that no one at the dealer knows exactly what’s going on so this would be my third time coming back.As I said before, not that I’m not satisfied I just wish that I didn’t have to come back as many times. It takes a lot out of your day when you have to sit for a period of time and you have other responsibilities that need to be taken care of.I bought my car in due to cruise control not working. They told me it was my battery so I replaced the battery cruise control. Still not working. Took the car back up to Mitsubishi. They replaced a fuse in the cruise control, but it’s still not working now, I have to take the car back again and I had to ask about getting transportation. It wasn’t offered.

We have been coming here for three years now we always have good service with them.
