I wasn’t less than satisfied. I was satisfied! According to your scoring 5 is very satisfied so how is a 4 less than satisfied? You all can not be serious.4 =satifiedI put 4 which equals to satisfiedI never receive couponsI have never been met at my car. Every time I come in for service I’ve never been met at my car. I enter the dealership and walk to the service counter where I am greeted.

It was overall a good experience - no improvements suggested.Tommy was very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. He put my service issue in context and explained the options, so I left knowing stuff that I need to know.

The 3% charge on credit card payment is annoying especially when service center charges can be higher amount bills. I realize this appears to be the new trend with businesses all over but frankly it is becoming a bother.I would like it if the Service Center was open on Saturdays.

Our salesman was very personable and worked towards helping us achieve what we were aiming to accomplish. He was patient and down to earth. The finance guy was professional yet down to earth, making the experience pleasant. We will return and recommend to our friends and family.Nice atmosphere and wonderful customer service.
