The staff are always friendly and very helpful. Eveyone makes you feel so at ease, from the front desk through the lab technicians

It was a very easy and comfortable experience. Everyone was professional & friendly which made me very comfortable.

good experience, not overly crowded, super-easy to schedule and FAST! got appt scheduled the next day, so helpful. front desk staff not overly "friendly" but they were fine and got me checked in. handled my self-pay situation correctly and the first time, no issues. the ladies that were with me for actual CTA were efficient, kind, discreet, professional. test over super-fast. one comment is i wasn't sure if i fully understood what machine was saying... "take breath in and hold", got that. but then couldn't clearly hear next msg and was afraid to start breathing again...but then had to, and apparently it was ok.
