Tests were administered on time and efficiently. Staff was courteous and professional.

People were efficient. Radiology technician was very nice. Getting results back on a STAT READ is taking too long. My doctor does not use Raleigh Radiology very much because getting results back takes longer than other places.

I had an abnormality in my breast that was picked up on a mammogram. Of course I was concerned. So they moved heaven and earth to get me in to have further tests. From those images, it was clear I needed a biopsy. They reached out and we booked this procedure and I felt I understood what was needed. When I went to the biopsy, the care and attention was so helpful to calm my nerves. They took care of me and while this procedure is uncomfortable, my recovery was fast. The next day I felt no pain and the biopsy site was healing nicely. I got a call with my results very quickly after. It was good news and the person who made the call was so good to speak with. They took care of me from the beginning to the end of this journey. Had the outcome been different, I trust they would have helped me to figure out the next steps. The expertise and level of care is top notch.
