I did the online check in, which was easy, so I didn't have to wait to be called back. The accommodation for waiting are pleasant. Staff is always kind and caring.

Reminders of the appointment at least a week prior, pre-registration link to complete onboarding ahead of appointment, fast check-in the day of appointment (with no additional paperwork to complete), clean changing areas in private rooms, cordial staff, and an exam provider who was very gentle and talked through each step to ensure client was as comfortable as possible.
