My appt was scheduled for 9:45 am. My text confirmation I received said 9:45 am. I arrived shortly after 9:30 am. I was told after checking in that my appt was actually 9:30 am and that I would still be seen worked in That was not correct. Fine I will wait. After reading my results I saw a note that the technician made a comment about my body size. Was that really necessary ? I have worked in health care and people come in all shapes and sizes. Is it really necessary to point it out ?

The process of viewing or obtaining copies of my images is horrible, and seems to violate hipaa laws by making it ridiculously difficult for patients to access their records. That pocket health company is the only option, which seeks to charge patients on every page - sometimes repeatedly.
