Professional friendly staff

There was a mix up about appointment date and time. I believe that error occurred with the customer rep who made the appointment. I had specific info on my calendar about a different date and time for the appointment but when I arrived I was not on their schedule. I could not make the date and time that they had on the schedule so I had to call the appointment line back and reschedule.

Receptionist was very kind and helpful. Gracie answered my questions, and as I had the procedure, she told me what she would be doing, etc. Very professional.

My appointment was efficient and my provider was professional and nice.

Brianna was so sweet and did her very best to calm me down and get my mammogram complete as quickly as possible.
