Unexpectedly professional and personable -- both the front office and the medical technician.

Friendly folks, especially the front desk. I believe the other staff were not as pleasant. PocketHealth is stupid. Why do I need to pay to see my medical record online? For that reason, I will no longer have my imaging done at Raleigh Radiology.

Very professional mri techs. They try to make you as comfortable as possible. They talk to you throughout the mri scanning. It is very loud and headphones are provided. The mri machine at Holly springs is in a mobile trailer outside of the building and is an open mri. I opened my eyes during the scan and felt no anxiety.

Easy scheduling, quick turnaround and wonderful people.
