Great experience with the front desk woman and radiology tech woman! I explained my concern to both women about needing to be sure an IN NETWORK DR reads my results this time due to an insurance issue last time, and they were both receptive.

Very professional approach to the patient

Technician was great! she made me feel very comfortable for my first scan. I was in and out very quickly. However, i was taken aback that there was no one to greet me when i arrived. i sat in the waiting room for 15 min before anyone came to greet me for my appointment- completely alone with no way to notify team i had arrived. I arrived 15 min early for my appointment for no reason.
