I have anxiety and PTSD and Andre was amazing!!!!!! I was terrified of my face going in the machine. He was so kind and empathic, I was able to do the MRI.

The open MRI machine was down when we arrived but was working again very quickly. Front desk could have done a better job communicating what was happening. Andre in Knightdale is a great guy and made us feel very comfortable. He was very helpful to me in putting my Mom’s mind at ease about the procedure. He is an excellent employee and should be recognized for that.

Very thorough diagnostic mammogram with results before I left. In and out quickly. I drive 2 hours to have my appointments. That alone speaks volumes. The thorough and the level of compassionate care I have had there during the critical time and now the follow ups keep me coming back. They are the Best!
