From the patient receiving area to the radiologist who did my MRI I am grateful that I was well taken care of.

I arrived, I checked in, the receptionist made contact with my PCP, referral was then accepted and I was imaged by a personable, highly professional technician.

My visit was very professional and easy.

The receptionist/front desk staff person (Erica) was very friendly and professional. Even though she received opportunities for interruptions, she handled them quite well to ensure every inquirer received necessary attention. She was also quite helpful in helping me use the QR code to check my test results. Additionally, Andre was very helpful in calming my nerves by describing what I would experience with the open MRI. Also, his co-worker (can't recall her name) was great in coaching me through the process since I was extremely shaken up because I am claustrophbic. Hopefully, I won't need another MRI, but if I do, I will not hesitate to return. The report of the results were very timely; I actually received the results on yesterday afternoon. Also, the results were sent to the doctors I requested to receive it. Many thanks to your WONDERFUL and PROFESSIONAL staff!!
