Courteous and well trained staff made the experience timely and made me feel confident that a second test was not needed.

I have anxiety and panic attacks and the staff that worked with me was great. Andre placed my IV perfectly with no discomfort and the MRI tech was also very kind even when I became nervous as contrast was administered. Unfortunately I did not catch their name or I would mention

Front desk people were great! Gentleman who put my iv in was great! Girl that took my pictures was not my favorite. Don’t appreciate her placing a comment on the chart that she told me several times not to move when she put contrast in. Yes I did scratch my eye while she put my contrast in the opposite arm and she became rude. She in no way adjusted me on the table and I wasn’t in the machine very long after she place the dye in. I was not told “several “ times to hold still. She told me once, I my body didn’t move. I in now way realized itching my eye and not moving the rest of my body would cause an issue. This was my first experience with an MRI.

The environment was so pleasant- peaceful, professional. The wait was not long but I did not mind because it was so quiet and comfortable. The US tech was professional and empathetic. Felt she did a great job and made me feel at ease. Best healthcare environment I have been to.

Everyone is very nice. Facility clean and modern. Was asked to hold myself in a awkward position for knee x-rays and it strained my right wrist.
