Even though I was terrified, Andre did a good job of explaining everything and he and the radiology tech did a great job of letting me know what was happening.

I didn't have to wait to check in and the wait to go to the mammo room. The nurse was very gentle and good at letting me know what she was doing and what adjustments I needed to make. The only issue is the staff person set the appointment (1 year and 1 day ahead) without asking me if the date was ok. She just handed me the appointment card. I was able to easily change it before I left the office.
