I was a walk-in for x rays and only had to wait a few minutes after filling out paperwork. Receptionist was very nice. Office lounge was very clean. The person taking the x-rays was kind and professional.

Just a routine visit. I come here for all of my test ordered by my doctor. Different experiences with different people, as expected. The technicians are always friendly, patient, professional and knowledgeable. This location is very convenient for me. I am glad there was an office location opened in Knightdale. My appointment for this visit was a bit of an inconvenience due to rescheduling. My initial appointment was for 11/28. I did not check the date but got a call a week before Thanksgiving telling me the office would be closed. I wanted an appointment in November but could not get one. After all, I did not schedule the appointment. There should be holiday blackouts on your scheduling tool or something.
