Professional & friendly staff; a comfortable environment that reduces anxiety associated with radiology testing.

The people are nice, but I was supposed to have a MRI with contrast. I understand that the orders they had said without. I let the person know that I was pretty sure that it was with contrast, & even asked if it was okay to call the Dr since I have personal number, & wasn't allowed. Now I have had a MRI that wasn't done as it should have been done, & I'll have to end up paying for 2, and the whole price of 1 since insurance will not cover both, & my Dr's appointment is on Dec 10th.

I did not have to wait long. They were fast and efficient.

The staff at the Raleigh Radiology- Knightdale location was nothing short of EXCEPTIONAL! They are super friendly, accomodating and walked me through every step of the process. This is my second visit at this location and as long as I am living in the Raleigh/ Knightdale area, this will be my preferred location of choice if I should ever need any sort of imagining procedure conducted.
