Everyone was competent and friendly. There was a delay with the MRI machine, but I was told about it when I arrived and was told there would be a 15 minute delay. The staff did all they could to make me comfortable during the procedure.

The staff at the Knightdale facility were warm and welcoming. I didn't have to wait at all. The radiologist, Sarah, was gentle, kind, and considerate. Overall it was a good experience.
