Everyone was courteous and l was in and out quickly.

Everybody was courteous and professional. The only minor complaint I have is that I was asked to be at the MRI site at 7:00 even though my appointment wasn't until 7:30.... since I registered online as requested/directed, I sat around for 35 minutes needlessly.

The actual radiologist was very good and professional. I didn't have to wait long after arriving. The waiting room was quiet and relaxing. The frustrating part was trying to find out what the ultrasound would cost before actually having it. I needed to know if I could afford to have it at all. I talked to my insurance company, my doctor and you all several times each trying to get the right codes and find out what my insurance would pay, if anything, and what it might cost if the insurance denied it. I got several different answers ranging from $87 to $110-180 to $100 and then when I tried to do your online check in the day before the appt, the app wanted me to pay $257 before the appointment. I still don't know what it will cost me to have had it. I can only hope that the amounts I was given were at least in the correct range and that I don't end up being charged $1,000 or more for it. Trying to get what should have been a simple answer took a dozen+ phone calls and was very stressful and I still don't know what I am expected to pay to find out if I have a major or minor health problem.

Quick and easy. All steps were explained and it was a simple process.

Both technologists were proficient in their ability to position me for imaging, had great communication skills and showed overall professionalism. I would definitely contact this office of Raleigh Radiology for my next appointment.
