I appreciate that all staff that I encountered made sure to give me their name and were good with communication through the entire process. Courtney also had the added thoughtfulness to check if the lighting in a room was too bright or too dim before leaving me to wait.

Got in a little early. Removed clothing necessary for the procedure. Got the ultrasound done. dressed and left. All very efficient. No muss...no fuss. Tech was very informative and patient throughout. I was impressed.
